Shipping Policy

Night Lights
Painted glass night lights pack and ship within 2-3 business days and travel USPS Priority Mail. I guarantee delivery and if there’s a problem, I’ll make it right.

If you backorder a night light, I’ll paint it asap and it should be ready to pack/ship within 12 business days as my night lights need time to dry. I’ll be in touch with you about backorders…but basically my night lights sell quickly so it’s not always possible for me to have every design in stock…but I try to have as many options as possible. If you need quicker, let me know! I have a way to make that happen.

If you need a night light to ship as a Gift, you will be able to give the the shipping address for that, the shipping address can be different from your billing address. If you need a special note written with your gift, let me know!

Painted Glass Chandeliers
All of my reverse painted glass chandeliers are professionally packed with custom molded foam here in my studio. Some sizes will ship UPS and others will ship Freight depending on glass size, distance and location. You will have tracking and I will make sure to coordinate shipping logistics with you. If the chandelier that you want to purchase is available here in my studio (versus needed to be painted custom) it will pack/ship within a week. If you are in a rush, usually I can accommodate that. Chandeliers ship fully insured and in the chance of a break, I’ll re-paint right away. Please open your boxes as soon as possible to check on your glass.

Custom painted chandeliers will have a shipping timeframe in the proposal that I’ll make for you.

Wall Art
Paintings are professionally packed and fully insured and will ship USPS or UPS depending on the size.

I personally guarantee my art. All of my work is insured so there is no risk to you in transit. All I ask is that you open your box/s within a reasonable amount of time to check your art!

My goal is make sure that you receive a beautiful work of art!

You will receive an email when your art ships each so please be sure to double-check your email address to make sure it’s correct.

Return Policy

Regarding returns, I’ve never had one! I work with my clients to make sure they are happy and satisfied with my art. And I think that the quality of my work speaks for itself. With my chandeliers and art, I make sure to show really good pictures and that really helps my clients to understand my work and what they’ll receive. Also as my work is expensive to ship, I won’t actually sell my work to clients if there’s lots of doubt. Regarding chandelier details, I’ll ask you about your ceiling height and location for installation and this helps me to make sure you receive a fixture that fits your space.

If there’s damage during shipping (aka a break in glass) I’ll fix it immediately! There’s no risk to my clients during shipping.

International Shipping including Canada…please contact me so that I can figure out the best way to ship to you.

Art and Lighting going to Canada ships UPS or Freight depending on size.

Otherwise, I ship ALL over the USA.
