Terms of Service
Jenny Floravita’s terms have always been simple. We you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. Jenny Floravita’s return policy when works of art are purchased directly from the artist is as follows: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day, no questions asked return policy on all original works of art from date of delivery. You must open your boxes and inspect your works of art immediately and if there is any damage, please report it to Jenny Floravita directly. All art work must be returned in it’s original boxing and it is suggested that you have a qualified packing company like UPS Store pack your chandeliers for return. All works of art must arrive in perfect condition. You are responsible for insuring and shipping the work of art and upon return and upon confirmation that your work of art arrives fine, you will be issued a full refund.

Custom orders are final and cannot be returned. But know that Jenny never ships works of art that her clients are not happy with. All custom orders have photos that are sent ahead of time for approval. This has worked extremely well and Jenny Floravita has completed hundreds of custom orders successfully.

Instructions in the case of a break or damage: you must collect ALL boxing/packing and the broken glass or item and place it back into the large box as this demonstrates that the box was filled with packing materials in the correct quantities to provide safely in transit for her works of art to you. Then Jenny Floravita will have her people (UPS Store) open the claim—we do this, not you. You will be instructed to place your box outside where the UPS can come and collect it and it may take them a week to do so. Again, ALL boxing and packing must be there as that is proof that we packed to UPS Standards and it is required for a claim. The box cannot be collected at a different location nor can you just drop it off at a UPS Store or UPS facility, it must be collected where it was delivered. UPS does allow for a few days to inspect for damage but in general, the longer you wait to open your box, the odder it looks if there is to be a claim (and I think that makes sense).

Also, Jenny Floravita is waiting to hear back from you to make sure that you are happy with your purchase and that everything arrived fine. She cares.

We are lucky to have a very low break and incident rate because we pack extremely well—and know that ALL of your chandeliers are professionally packed. That said, anything can happen in shipping so it is always good to open boxes containing fine art as soon as possible.

If you purchase a chandelier through a gallery and if it ships from the gallery and if there is a break, please contact the gallery. All of this said, in the couple decades as a working artist, Jenny Floravita hasn’t had to return chandeliers or paintings…and any incident where there is damage, Jenny always expedites the creation of a new chandelier or work of art and it is shipped to you as quickly as possible. Happy art collectors are our goal!

That is standard protection for ALL artists who create original ideas—please be considerate of this. Feel free to share Jenny Floravita’s work socially…but in layman’s terms, what you can’t do are print her images for profit or copy her works of art or intellectual ideas without permission. This is pretty basic and nothing here is out of the ordinary.
