Over the Lagoon at Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden is a large watercolor painting and it belongs to me—I’ll never sell it though prints are available through the link above. Though my many travels to South Florida and the Fairchild Tropical Botanical Gardens I watched this palm dip further and further into the lake each year. The bird that sits on the trunk of the palm is drying his wings by holding them out. I love, love, love this lake!
