Old Hawaii reverse painted chandelier was a super custom chandelier for clients who love the Hawaiian islands and have connections there. My clients wanted to honor several traditional plants of Hawaii. They also wanted to incorporate some mountain scenes, a special beach and also have the chandelier be mostly warm tones. I love how this piece turned out. I will be writing a blog about this specific piece because it turned out so neat and I’d like to also list all of the plants and flowers and talk in detail about how we came up with the design.

This chandelier is stunning in person. The photos don’t do justice to this piece. The fixture that the clients will hang in their home is different from what I photographed the glass in my studio in. They choose my Standard style and I’m painting it a dark brown. And this piece will be hanging in a special space that has a lot of Hawaii memories and an awesome tiki bar!

The forged fixture style shown here is Contemporary Swirl. The drop from the ceiling (to the bottom of the glass bowl) as seen here is 29 inches plus chain. However, Contemporary Swirl also comes in a couple shorter height variations and can be as short as 17 inches. Furthermore, you can compare  Chandelier Specifications here. Any of my fixtures would be lovely with this chandelier. Glass bowls that are 24 inches diameter are interchangeable in all of my hand forged fixture styles.

The beautiful reverse hand painted glass chandeliers seen here are all original works of art. Every chandelier is hand crafted and painted by Jenny Floravita. Therefore they are not studio production pieces. A lot of time and thought goes into each chandelier They are exquisite works of heirloom quality art. Jenny Floravita’s chandeliers beautiful will illuminate fine homes for generations to come.
