24″ Reverse Hand Painted Glass Chandelier by artist Jenny Floravita—is installation ready.
Desert Circle Mystery is an abstract 24″ reverse hand painted glass chandelier painted in hot, vibrant desert colors. This piece was created for one of my galleries. It is shown here in my Contemporary Swirl hand forged fixture though all of my 24″ reverse painted chandeliers are interchangeable in all of my forged fixtures—the choice is yours depending on if you would like a more formal look to your chandelier or if you would like to go more contemporary or somewhere in between. Contemporary Swirl hangs 23″ plus chain length and is very elegant and simple in it’s design. It has a beautiful drop. The vortex swirl is inspired from the symbolism in abstract chandeliers.
This is a really vibrant, energizing reverse hand painted chandelier—much lovelier than my photos can possibly show. As you walk around the piece you will constantly see new complexities. Bright yellows flow to magenta and purple colors. Embedded desert jewels pop in a 3-dimensionally. Blazing suns shine brightly over a cool water oasis. Nautilus and vortex symbolism tells the story of the desert’s past. I don’t think I’ve mentioned it but specifically, nautilus symbols in my work are in fact inspired by fossils that are found in the desert rocks as evidence of long lost seas—a reminder that all things change.
Desert Circle Mystery s is an original painted glass chandelier, it is one-of-a-kind like all of my abstract reverse hand painted chandeliers. All of my glass bowls are crafted here in my studio. My chandeliers are made by hand, by me. A lot of time and work goes into each piece. Many of the reverse hand painted chandeliers that you see on my website have already sold by the time I’ve had a chance to post them.
