33″ Reverse Painted Glass Chandelier by artist Jenny Floravita—is installation ready.
This abstract 33″ reverse painted glass chandelier was a private commission. The clients for this piece have a large circular dining table with custom chairs—each getting a different colored fabric. My client described them as ‘crayola’ colors…but really they are very sophisticated hues. She wanted these different jeweled colors to be reflected in her commissioned, abstract painted chandelier.
Her ceilings are 12′ so there will be plenty of room for this large chandelier to drop down. My 24″ chandeliers also fit really well in similar space situations but if you have a large room, and if you desire a large reverse painted chandelier, then the bolder the better. In the design, my client wanted my abstractions to flow freely.
The hand forged fixture style that you see here is my Ornate and it is specially sized for a 33″ reverse painted chandelier. My 33″ and 36″ reverse painted glass chandeliers come with my Ornate forged fixture style and the drop from the top of the fixture to the bottom of the hand painted glass bowl is about 34″ plus another 4-5″ of ceiling canopy and a link of chain for if you have a shorter ceiling. If you have a vault, I’ll wire your fixture for as long as you need and all of the chain needed is included. My reverse painted glass chandeliers this size weigh around 45lbs to 50lbs and my chain and ceiling canopies are rated for 100lbs.
Both 33″ and 36″ chandeliers require custom boxes due to the size required to keep the travel glass safe. Shipping and is more expensive all around for these sizes but worth the lifetime of enjoyment that you will have with a larger reverse painted glass chandelier . All of my chandeliers are professionally packed and fully insured.
My reverse painted glass chandeliers are all original works of art painted by me, Jenny Floravita. They are not studio production pieces. A lot of time and thought goes into each of my painted glass chandeliers. They are exquisite works of art and are heirloom quality. My painted glass chandeliers will hang in fine homes for generations to come. A commission such as this can require a couple months. Time is needed for the proposal process and time is needed to paint your special chandelier…and I’m always, always busy at any given time.
