24″ Reverse Hand Painted Glass Chandelier by artist Jenny Floravita—is installation ready.

Parrot Tropical is an exquisite 24″ reverse hand painted glass chandelier by artist Jenny Floravita. The painting in the glass bowl features parrots, orchids, red Hawaiian gingers, birds of paradise and heliconias all framed by a swirl of lush leaves. These are all flowers that I paint in my oil and watercolor paintings. Of course I am inspired by my travels and the time that I spend each year in Hawaii.

Like most of my painted chandeliers, this piece has sold but I wanted to post it as it is such a lovely piece. Colors change as you walk around the chandelier Most of my reverse hand painted glass chandeliers are extremely complex but with this piece, I’ve deliberately created an airiness to help give movement to the leaves and flowers and so that my Macaw  can be ready to fly at any moment.

The forged fixture style featured is my Standard fixture and this is what my client has chosen to hang this piece in for her home. My tropical bird chandeliers also look exquisite in my Ornate fixture style for if you would like a more formal look. This is an original reverse hand painted glass chandelier. All of my chandeliers are painted freely by me. When I do not have chandeliers available, I sometimes accept commissions. If you see a piece that has sold, it would be possible to paint a similar piece but know that in order for it to have the same freedom of moment it would need to be painted freely. Your piece would be it’s own original and it would have flowers and elements that are special to you. All of my reverse hand painted glass chandeliers have a lot of work, time and soul invested into them so that they can be the very best works that I can create.
