My superpower is that I can envision rooms with Fine Art. I can envision rooms with Breathtakingly Beautiful Artful Lighting. I can envision AND CREATE those works of art!

On the surface, I paint on canvas and for lighting…but really, my superpower is that I can envision rooms to their fullest potential using both Art and Lighting.

Beyond my ability to know where to place art into rooms is my ability to capture the essence of a beautiful location in a fine oil or watercolor painting. One collector recently told me that the painting of a Hawaiian plantation cottage that she bought had the ability to make her nostalgic for something she never had. When I paint, I feel deep emotion for what I am painting…the art that I create captures the essence and nostalgia for that special place, that moment in time, in light and color, bringing a unique ambiance into a room.

My clients feel themselves on the shores of Hawaii through looking at my paintings on their walls. They feel the warm summer day in June in a garden on Kauai when looking at my paintings of tropical flowers.

The magic in my painted glass chandeliers happens when my clients look at the glass and notice something they had not seen before.
