What I didn’t know with my first watercolor lesson on that chill Bay Area morning in our humble kitchen, is that the course of my life had been altered forever. My journey was underway to create beautiful and inspiring works of art for people all over the country…and world.

Art that has the power to transform rooms. Art that evokes joy.

After college, for 10 years I sold beautiful oil and watercolor paintings of lush tropical flowers and wind swept Hawaiian beaches in fine art festivals and galleries.

So after 10 years of creating beautiful paintings for the walls of fine homes, I was introduced to reverse painting in glass. It was at this point that I fell in love with making hand painted glass chandeliers.

My journey in painting on glass also expanded into glass forming, welding and blacksmithing. I became a fabricator of fine art lighting. I was now more than just a painter.

Whether I was creating new Hawaiian island paintings in oil or watercolor for the wall…or painting on glass to create beautiful hand painted glass chandeliers, I knew that Art had the power to transform rooms into inspiring spaces that bring family together.

Art is a powerful thing. It has the power to evoke joy and still emotions. Good art sets a mood. Great art inspires.

It’s been in this past year that I realized that my life’s work isn’t just about color on canvas or glass…but as a Whole, it’s about bringing a complete vision of beauty together. I realized that I really want to be The Art Gallery for Your Home. I want to use my art to celebrate beautiful, colorful living through gorgeous lighting and wall art inspired by the summer breeze in Hawaii.
